"PERSIANS" - Performed as part of UNCW's INTERNATIONAL WEEK.
"Persians" is based on the overwhelming story of a young woman who escaped
the brutal Islamic Republic regime of Iran and came to America to save her life.
This collaboration between Fereshteh Rostampour, Lighting Designer/Asst. Professor of
Scenic & Lighting Design at UNCW, and Karola Luttringhaus, artistic director/choreographer
of ALBAN ELVED DANCE COMPANY captures personal experiences in an interdisciplinary performance

Charlotte Total Theatre is proud to present Artzilla, Festival of the Arts.

this festival will bring together the artistic stylings of many area artists including the
debut of Charlotte Total Theatre. Also performing is the
Alban Elved Dance Company/ KAROLA LUTTRINGHAUS with "Spontaneous Combustion of Nothing" (around 9:25 PM both nights),
Bryan Quann artist installation, original works by former dancers of the Moving Poets; Sarah Emery and

An evening of dance, movement theatre, music and film. A collaborative project
across the ages and media featuring young voices from Parkland High School and others
and works by the alban elved dance company/KAROLA LUTTRINGHAUS
“SYMBOLE” is part of alban elved dance company’s fourth annual arts in education
program with High Schools of Forsyth County,NC entitled “WINGSPAN”.

Street; follow it until it ends at Salem Avenue and turn right.

intersection of Salem Avenue and Stadium Drive,
turn right into the
Salem Fine Arts Center entrance;
proceed to the bottom of the hill.
The Fine Arts Center is on your left.
Follow signs to Drama workshop.

Take Stadium Drive exit 108C,
